Who is Irene Elisabet

I am a mother to a beautiful girl and wife to German man, therefore living in multicultural family. Since 2018 I have been on a health journey after being diagnosed with Lupus. With lifestyle and diet changes I was able to give up on all medication and live symptom free life, now already for 6 years.

Since giving birth I have been struggling hormonal imbalancies and that has been my latest passion, to learn everything about holistic ways of balancing hormones. 

I am constantly finding new ways to implement healthy habbits in my busy life. I am far from perfect but I am sure you can find easy ways to make small improvoments to your life from this blog. Step by step. So easily we but everything else first and forgfet ourselves but the most important we can do to our loved ones is to be strong and healthy to gbe able to be there for them.
